Blessing's ‘Breeder Blend' provides a balanced diet of nutritional human grade ingredients blended to maintain the best health for your breeding lories. It is low in iron  and fortified with calcium, vitamins and minerals needed for breeding parrots. It mimics your bird’s natural diet.  Our lory nectar/powder is based on the latest research by Will Peratino-Zoo avian nutritionist for 30 years, vets and many top lory breeders around the world. Please see new site for ingredient information etc.  Do not feed pellets.     For easy conversion:  Mix half of Blessing's Gourmet Blend or product you are using now,  to familiarize your bird and ease the transition. Lories are the most sensitive birds to taste due to their brush tongues. Breeder Blend is very different tasting. They will learn to prefer our product and clean the bowl. Blessing's Breeder Blend can be used for all baby, adult, reproducing, lories, lorikeets, hanging parrots, fig parrots, all soft bills, and other nectar eating pet birds.

Feeding Directions for Blessing's Breeder Blend Plus: Served dry in a bowl next to a bowl of fresh water or mix 4 Tablespoon powder to 1 cup  water for nectar. Breeders 4 cups per gallon water. Please make sure to change powder daily, and nectar after a few hours. Feed what they will eat in a day for powder, and meal for nectar. Storage Instructions:  Blessing's Breeder Blend 2018 has a one year shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place free of bugs.  Freeze rather than refrigerate to prolong freshness.
